As a Technical Consultant specializing in Adobe Acrobat and Sign (Post-Sales) at Aftia Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our solutions for our valued customers. Your expertise in Adobe Acrobat and Sign, coupled with your experience in various technical domains, will be instrumental in providing post-sales technical support, training, and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and objectives, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Acrobat and Sign, providing comprehensive knowledge of their features and functionalities.
  • Support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, Adobe Acrobat Sign (incl. API), Adobe Document Services, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Logic Apps, and integrations with compatible tools to grow the value provided by the client’s document-based solutions.
  • Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Adobe Acrobat and Sign solutions, ensuring they are configured to meet customer requirements.
  • Customization and Integration: Utilize your expertise to customize and integrate Adobe Acrobat and Sign seamlessly into customers' existing workflows and systems.
  • API Support: Provide technical support and expertise in API integration, enabling customers to leverage the full capabilities of our solutions.
  • Power Automate Flows: Leverage your experience with Power Automate Flows to create efficient and automated document workflows for customers.
  • Salesforce Integration: Work with Salesforce integration to ensure smooth data exchange and document management within the Salesforce platform.
  • Microsoft Integrations: Utilize your experience with Microsoft integrations to ensure compatibility and efficiency within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Docusign Migration: Leverage your experience in Docusign migration to assist customers in transitioning to Adobe Acrobat and Sign seamlessly.
  • Delivery of Adobe Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Adobe Acrobat and Sign to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience delivering Adobe Acrobat Sign training and answering product-related questions.
  • Hands-on product implementation experience, including customization and integration.
  • API support expertise for seamless third-party integrations.
  • Power Automate Flows experience for workflow automation.
  • Salesforce integration and Microsoft integration experience.
  • Docusign migration experience.
  • Familiarity with API, Photoshop and Photo Express is an asset.
  • A background in development would be an asset but is not required.
