Principal Program Managers

Primary Role: Execute with discipline. Get it done. Make change stick.

Execute complex AI transformation programs with precision. Oversee large-scale implementations, drive adoption strategies, and establish governance models. Ensure cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation for successful AI integration.

Strategic Implementation Leadership

  • Orchestrate large-scale implementation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Develop comprehensive adoption plan to address change management, skill development, and process optimization
  • Establish governance models, success metrics, and scalable roadmaps for embedding generative AI capabilities throughout client organizations.

Program Management Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, engineers, and subject matter experts in executing complex implementation programs with disciplined methodology and predictable outcomes
  • Manage concurrent workstreams while ensuring integration points are properly managed and dependencies are addressed proactively
  • Create and operationalize risk mitigation strategies that anticipate technical, organizational, and adoption challenges before they impact program success

Maintain awareness and visibility into progress.

  • Facilitate cross-functional, cross-program syncs, steering committee reviews, governance reviews, executive-level business reviews to demonstrate progress, confirm alignment on priorities, and evolve implementation approaches based on emerging needs

Qualifications:

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management with at least 5 years managing enterprise software implementations
  • Experience with program and portfolio management with either Scrum@Scale, SAFe, DA, or LeSS frameworks.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI applications in enterprise contexts and their integration requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical architectures and data ecosystems while balancing security, governance, and performance considerations.

Leadership & Business Acumen

  • Ability to drive strong accountability and urgency on driving progress and achieving outcomes.
  • Skilled at driving discipline in compliance with frameworks, methodologies, documentation and stage-gates for program and project execution.
  • Ability to influence peripheral teams to accelerate progress by making your program tasks a higher priority.
