You will receive

• An introductory call with your AFTIA Acrobat Solutions Consultant
• A requirements gathering session to understand your Acrobat Sign eSignature template needs
• Modification, testing, and adjustment of 5 eSignature templates for Acrobat Sign
• A wrap-up call to review the completion of the package

Acrobat Sign eSignature Template Parameters

The provided eSignature templates must:

1. Be Shared by the customer in PDF or Microsoft Word format
2. Have no more than 20 fields
3. Have no more than 2 signature blocks
4. Contain no non-standard embedded or coded logic
