In this package, AFTIA’s experienced Acrobat Solutions Consultants will 

• Analyze and modify 5 DocuSign eSignature templates for use in Acrobat Sign
  

You will receive

• Introductory call to introduce you to your AFTIA Acrobat Solutions Consultant
• Requirements Gathering Session to understand your Acrobat Sign eSignature template requirements
• Modification, testing and adjusting of 5 DocuSign eSignature templates for Acrobat Sign
• Wrap up call to review completion of this package

Acrobat Sign eSignature Template Parameters

Acrobat Sign eSignature Templates must:

DocuSign Templates must be downloaded by their owners and provided to AFTIA. Instructions for downloading templates from DocuSign will be provided as necessary. 

• Have no more than 20 fields
• Have no more than 2 signature blocks
• Contain no non-standard, embedded or coded logic
