Collaboration has never been so simple or secure

Adobe and Microsoft have a strategic partnership, driving innovation in MS Teams. Some of the latest and greatest innovations from Adobe and Microsoft are listed below. What better way to keep your business running smoothly and securely than within the same tools that you are already familiar with?

Microsoft Teams is a powerful collaboration tool used by over 100 million users every day. Here are a few of the ways that the Adobe Doc Cloud is enhancing MS Teams experiences.

  • Adobe Sign for Teams - now with Live Signing. Personal interaction is a key component in many transactions, agreements, or ceremonies that involve signatures. Live Signing enables a new face-to-face signing experience – directly within Microsoft Teams video calls.
  • Adobe Sign powering Microsoft Approvals. Approvals in Microsoft Teams enables everyone, from frontline workers to corporate headquarters employees, to easily create, manage, and share approvals directly from their hub for teamwork. Extending Microsoft’s new Approvals platform, Adobe Sign will enable users to add the security and audit trail of e-signature to their Approvals requests.
  • Adobe Acrobat for Teams. The only PDF viewing experience that lets you open high-fidelity PDFs directly within Teams , for a satisfying and seamless work experience. When you integrate Adobe Acrobat with MS Teams, multiple Acrobat users can comment and annotate on PDF documents stored in SharePoint, OneDrive, or Teams seamlessly within the Teams UI. These enhanced collaboration capabilities streamline a wide range of document workflows. Reviews are easier and faster, reviewers can comment in real-time on a PDF from within Teams. Plus incorporating feedback is easier and more efficient. Comments can be recorded in a single PDF stored in SharePoint or OneDrive, so there is a 'single source of truth.' Finally, document security is improved with transient documents stored in Adobe Document Cloud servers and final document versions stored in SharePoint or OneDrive.

These are just a few examples of the innovative integrations that Adobe and Microsoft are building for enabling organizational efficiency across the workplace. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements!
